RUPES BigFoot 5" Backing Plate is the factory replacement for RUPES BigFoot LHR 15 Mark ll Random Orbital Polisher, RUPES BigFoot LHR 12E Duetto Random Orbital Polisher and RUPES BigFoot LHR 15 Orbital Polisher models.

The RUPES BigFoot 5" Backing Plate has been engineered from a polyurethane foam that is impervious to mechanical stress during polishing. Combine with RUPES BigFoot foam, microfiber or wool polishing pads to significantly reduce vibration.

The RUPES BigFoot 5" Backing Plate features holes in the creating air flow that dissipates heat and keeps the work surface at a significantly cooler temperature. The hook and loop attachment system creates an effective safe fastening system, giving the foam excellent stability during polishing.
